Shipping within the US
We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico - No APO or PO Box addresses. We ship with whatever carrier we feel provides the best service, and value to our customers. These include UPS, Fedex, DHL, and USPS. You also have the option, for an additional fee, to choose Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select service for most orders.
International
We are happy to ship orders to most countries outside the United States. Packages ship via USPS International First Class Mail or any carrier we choose. Some international orders may require an additional processing time, of up to 5 business days. Transit time is usually 7-12 days from the date of shipment, but may take up to 20 days or more. If you want to track the delivery, you must request we ship your order "International Express Mail". We will not falsify package contents or value on customs forms.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees required by their customs service. When ordering, please be aware of customs risks associated with certain types of items. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
We value our international customers and will do everything we can to make sure of your utmost satisfaction, but remember: We are not responsible for orders delayed, seized or refused by your customs service. This is a responsibility and risk you agree to upon purchase. Customs policies may vary by country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by clicking the Contact Us link on any page. Please include order# item# and reason for RMA request in the email. Any items sent back to us without an RMA number will be refused!
Items must contain original packaging and accessories to be eligible for a RMA number.
Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment and notify us immediately (within 24 hrs). We will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when, and if, the claim is settled with the carrier.
Excluded Items - Certain items must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. |
